- Full payment must be completed before or during the session

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours prior without charge via WhatsApp or phone.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations within 4 hours may attract partial charges
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of advance payment
- Repeated no-shows may require advance payment
Late Arrivals & Refunds
- Late arrival may reduce session duration
- Full charges still apply
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days
